South Carolina A State of Art is the 2nd painting of my Flag Collection. It has the state flag anchored on a Charleston style iron gate with the state flower, Yellow Jessamine, cascading down the brick columns. It also has the state tree, Sabal Palmetto, framing the top with the state bird, Carolina Wren, perching on the flag pole.
